Conditions
For Bidding:
Absentee bids, whether on-line, written, phoned or faxed, are accepted as legal and
binding contracts to purchase the described items. Successful bidders will
be notified verbally or by phone within 3 working days - Payment is
expected within 7 days following notification. Anyone of good
creditworthiness acceptable to the auctioneer may leave a bid, including
the auction staff, however, it is up to the sole discretion of the
auctioneer whether to accept an absentee bid or not. In the event that an
absentee or phone representative fails to execute an absentee or phone bid
(regardless of reason) the representative and/or CFA Auctions will not be
held responsible for any actual or imagined losses incurred
Breach
of Purchase: If the purchaser fails to pay in full the total
purchase price of all items for which he/she was the highest bidder within
15 days of the sale, CFA Auctions. may exercise all legal rights and
remedies which may include: terminating the sale and applying any payments
made by the purchaser to the damages caused by the purchasers breach,
and/or reoffering these items without any reserve at public auction and
holding the purchaser liable for any deficiency plus the costs of
reselling the items.
Shipping & Taxes:
Purchases will be available for shipment or Pickup upon receipt of
payment. The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping and
associated costs, including insurance. The successful bidder is
responsible for payment of 6% state sales tax (when applicable) & Buyers
